The ownership and rights in and to all voclosporin patents and patent applications for the countries the Canada, Israel and South Africa are held by Paladin.  Paladin is to make payments to Isotechnika equal to 20% of net sales in these three countries, less manufacturing costs, for a period of seven years from the date of the arrangement agreement with Paladin.
