Doug Walker
Doug Walker joined the Board of Directors in January 1998 and currently serves on the Audit, Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. Mr. Walker has been the President of Capital West Ventures Inc., a private investment services company, since 1993. In this capacity Mr. Walker has raised money for a number of companies, successfully initiating companies in the oil and gas, health care, technology and mining sectors. Mr. Walker has extensive Board experience and currently serves as a Director of Calstar Oil & Gas Ltd. as well as a Director of Nationwide Resources Ltd., both publicy traded companies in Canada.
Mr. Walker is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He received his BComm from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984.
